What conditions do you accept referrals for?

We accept referrals for concussion, post-concussion syndrome, vestibular dysfunction, visual and oculomotor dysfunction, dysautonomia, POTS, chronic migraine, and musculoskeletal or sports injuries.

Will I receive a report after my patient's evaluation?

Yes. A structured clinical summary including neurologic findings, constraint identified, and the care plan is returned to your office after the initial evaluation.

Bridge Care is the active neurologic rehabilitation your patient receives at Pittsford Performance Care while waiting for a neurology specialist appointment. Rather than waiting idle, patients begin structured rehabilitation immediately.
